The Great Trail Council has operated 3 long term camps, Camp Manatoc is the flagship for the council, Camp Butler is located north of Camp Manatoc, and has had many uses for long term camp, but primarily focuses on unit guided, patrol cooking programs when utilized for long term camping. Camp Ritchie was located on Clendening Lake near Freeport, Ohio (the council sold this property on the 1980's).

The newly formed Alumni Association is working to welcome all the members of the staff of our camps to gather in friendship and fellowship.

In order to jump start this process we held our first "reunion weekend" in November 2008, there are some pictures available here. The next gathering is scheduled for July 23-24, 2010. Reservations for the 2010 Camp Staff Reunion Weekend are now being accepted. Please complete this form and return it to the Great Trail Council Service Center. YOU MUST RESERVE YOUR PLACE IN THIS EVENT BY JUNE 11, 2010 TO INSURE YOU RECIEVE A PATCH.
