What is the NEW Summertime Fun Adventure?
It is for Tigers through AOLs
Each individual Cub Scout in your pack can earn the Summertime Fun Adventure.
The only requirement: "Anytime during May through August, participate in a total of three Cub Scout Activities."
The activities can be Sponsored by the District or Council like the activities above on the calendar, or organized by the Pack or Den.
Need some ideas?
Hold a Pack Picnic
Go to the Akron Rubber Ducks (get a group together and save with group tickets)
Lake County Captains (Eastlake) - Scout Night August 17 (campout on the field after the game!)
Lake Erie Crushers (Avon) doing two Scout Nights, June 7 and August 9 (campout here too!)
Mahoning Valley Scrappers (Niles) doing two Scout Nights, July 19 and August 16 (campout here too!)
Tour the Marble Museum and get Ice Cream
Visit the animals at the Akron Zoo
Ride the Cuyahoga Valley Train
Do a kid thing in the National Park (link)
March in your neighborhood's Memorial Day or Independence Day parades (and then get ice cream!)
Each youth who does three activities will receive through their Pack a belt loop or pin as shown below.
